I’ve tried every day through July up to August to open Patron articles and all I get are ads to sign up. I’m already signed up as a paying reader. I’m very disappointed and frustrated that I’ve sent emails for help 4 times and still gotten no reply. When I try to cancel my membership it says I have to log in to my account…. you don’t have an account for me so I can’t log in. Now what? I feel duped. I love Alabama articles and Donna Causey’s stories but I don’t love being told I can’t read them even though I’ve paid for them . PLEASE cancel my Patron. I can’t do it with the instructions you give.
