In the living room bowls of holly, blooming poinsettia, crimson roses and lighted windows made a lovely setting while the music room was filled with Yuletide flowers and a Christmas tree lighted and topped with a single blue star.
Mrs. William G. Echols presided, business was done away with and it was the choice of Mrs. Bell to present a program of beauty, a trio of popular artists of the city. The numbers which held the audience entrances follow:

The accompanists for the afternoon were Mrs. Robert Sweat and Miss Lewis. During the late afternoon, Mrs. Bell served a delicious plate course consisting of a fruit glace in lettuce, wafers, sandwiches, coffee, cheese rings, fruit cake, bon bons in the form of tiny candle holders tied with red ribbons and holding a lighted Christmas taper.
