Preserve our cemeteries! Duncan, Rhodes, | Blog

Today, I've included Old Shiloh Cemetery in Butler County which has been very badly damaged. It has some very early pioneer families such as JACOB FERGUSON (b. 1782 d. 1852), DAVID RUSSELL WILSON family and others. It is hard to keep up cemeteries on other people's property that is why the Alabama Cemetery Presevation Alliance was created.

YOU CAN HELP!

Volunteers and representatives are needed throughout Alabama. Please get involved and help preserve our cemeteries before they are lost. Register our historic cemeteries with the Alabama Cemetery Presentation Alliance to protect them.
